Ways of Sequencing: build in kramas/stages; do AFTER core abdominals; integrate with standing poses (as counter poses)
Notes for Sequencing: always give modifications; incorporate wrist stretches or non-weight bearing on hands for counterposing; Handstand can be a counterpose for backbends; Pincha Mayurasana is excellent prep for backbends
