The Prana Vinyasa Denver 300-hour advanced teacher training program is an inclusive and dynamic community for unique, creative teachers and students committed to living yoga. This program builds on foundational 200-hour curriculum, offering an integrative exploration of energy-based yoga practices. It is designed to empower you to pace your journey, blending core teachings with your unique areas of interest.

Program Philosophy and Approach

This advanced training delves deeply into the embodied pathways of Hatha Yoga and Prana Vinyasa—a methodology inspired by Shiva Rea’s teachings rooted in the Krishnamacharyan perspective, modern somatics, Tantra, Bhakti, and Ayurveda. Through energetic alignment, breath awareness, and mental clarity, you’ll cultivate sustainable and evolutionary practices that integrate asana and sadhana both on and off the mat. This program emphasizes natural rhythms within and around you, fostering sacred inner flow and presence in the macrocosm of life.
